OBJECTIVE
That the participant applies different productive forms of collaborative work, establishing trust in each other with a sense of participation towards new experiences, through physical and mental effort that lead to the understanding and application of collaborative work.
DIDACTIC STRATEGY
Take the participant through a series of experiential dynamics, towards the construction of work teams; being the fundamental premise the migration of a traditional training, where its function is to be a "container" of the instructor's knowledge, towards a training based on collective learning, thanks to the application of the experiential education methodology.
